I scratched Wyvern from this race to judge it, which is pretty ridiculous given the number of people that could have judged. There are going to be a lot of big fields guys, so please step up.

This was a forward-moving group, so the pace was pretty quick and they were all bunched up tight, but it never got out of control pace-wise. The top three could have, and were, swapped any which way. Admiral's Lady was simply outgunned in this - while I'm going to be more accepting of an underdog this season, she simply just didn't have the HOTY experience or undercard wins to help her out against these colts. I know 3yo races have been hard to find, but with the revamp of the schedule here it should be easier to get her confidence back!
