Royal Currier Stakes - G5+ - 10f - D - 2yo Win. Roses Rampant Place. Wrecking Ball Show. Call Of Duty Fourth. Momentarily Herself Fifth. Nutcracker Suite
Nutcracker Suite: I really like this filly, but she's seemed to do best at less than 10F and since this was her first time running it against so many other front runners, I didn't see her sustaining the pace.

ACADIANA STAKES* - G5+ - 5f - D - 3yo Win. Ares Place. Rough Diamond Show. Chaotic Limitations
Chaotic Limitations: I know it's tough to find spots for her Sammy, but she doesn't have the class of the top two. This will be good experience down the road and hopefully you can find a spot for her. G5 races are very hard to come by these days.

I should have scratched Nutcracker Suite when the field got so big, but I didn't catch it. ripley less than 10 furlongs? Does this mean she can only run at 9 furlongs then the rest of her career? The 8 furlong maiden she broke with Sammy I don't understand because her length is 9-12, so some exception must have been made for that race I guess so she could have entered or someone didn't catch it. Either way I can't run her at only 9 furlongs, she would never be able to race

Natural Flavor StakesWIN Fusillade PLACE Celestia SHOW Tell Me A Fable fourth Sweet Like Sugar Sweet Like Sugar: May I suggest running her in grade specific races until she gets that first win for you? The same could go for Tell Me A Fable

WOODBINE OAKS* - G5+ - 9F - DIRT - 3yo F Win. Animatia Place. Fire Goddess Show. Vengeance Fourth. Sylvanite Fifth. All That Jazz
Animatia: Even though she pulled a huge upset today, I really felt that Animatia has been knocking at the door all season. Her record is truly tremendous for being only a grade four horse. Seasoning made the difference in today's exciting first run of the Woodbine Oaks*. She sat off of Vengeance from the start, patiently waiting for the time to strike. Her jock shook her up and gave her the jump on Fire Goddess. She had to work a bit to put away Vengeance who has made BSD her second home this season.
Fire Goddess: I really am a big fan of this girl. She has such class and style and I thought she was a huge standout. She was a little closer in the field today, sitting third throughout until the stretch. She had to give chase to an easy moving Animatia and then had to deal with a battle-hungry Vengeance, who occupied her and Animatia for most of the stretch. I think she's ready to step out of Hellfire's shadow and expect a big run from her in the next leg and beyond.
Vengeance: She was my little surprise this race. She had the class and coming off her June Wk 1 win in the Betterbetterbetter Fillies and a second in the Tremont, Vengeance was on a war path. She inherited the lead and was stalked patiently by Animatia, but when that filly and Fire Goddess came calling, they would be surprised to find that she wouldn't throw in the towel. The bay filly fought hard, just falling a half-length short of second.
Sylvanite: She broke well and settled at the back of the pack. She is a classy filly with as much seasoning as the top two, but she had a lot to do when the top three kicked on for home with a lot of energy. She passed All That Jazz in the final furlong and was running on strongly down the lane. She'll get better in the next couple legs, the longer they go. She might be one for the Turf Distance Series too beyond the CTT.
All That Jazz: I know this season has been a struggle getting this filly into the winner's circle, but I could not see myself placing her above the others. She is a great filly, but she's under-raced in comparison. I feel that if you'd been more aggressive with pushing her through the tiara preps and either of the tiaras, she would have been better prepared for the competition. I also feel that she should only get better as the series goes on because of the rigors of racing. In this new time, the more racing, the better has become my motto. Anyone can step up at anytime.

Isabelle: The whole maiden thing is interesting...hmph. Personally, I would recommend a 2 furlong extension for her to make her 7-12F. Her half-siblings Supernatural and Flashing The Declaration both seemed to run better at shorter distances. Even if she clashes more with your other horses, she's likely to do well. You could gradually lengthen her out as she ages, but I don't see why you can't run her shorter just for her juvenile season until she gets more wins under her belt.

Borrego Handicap - G5+ - 10f - T - 2yo WIN Incineration PLACE Phoenix Inferno SHOW Mr Wild fourth Gold Rush fifth Ephemeral
Incineration: Has been doing a lot right, so it was pretty hard to fault her in this race. I don't think she really needs to be running in these undercards at this point, her record is solid :P
Phoenix Inferno: I think he's been building himself up well, and I saw him giving a big effort in this race, nearly chasing down the established winner.
Bottom Three: Mr Wild seems to be really on an upswing, I think, which is why he just edged out the bottom two. NOT that I think they aren't great and also quite capable of winning in this field, but I had to make decisions with some fairly evenly matched juveniles.

Corderon Stakes - G5+ - T - 7f - 3yo win Ground Zero place SmashDashing show Hot Looks fourth Dudley's Girl
For a detailed overview of how this race was judged, I would go over to GHF and read the Judging guide. I used this race as an example race for judging XD

FLATFOOT MILE* WIN Cyclonaria [nose] PLACE World Dominion SHOW First Class fourth Santana's Legend
Cyclonaria has been fire at the 8f/9f distance this season and she won this one classily against a very hard driving World Dominion. I think Santana's Legend needs a confidence booster before she takes on these tough turf guys again.
