Italian Beauty and Dogma should probably stick to grade specific 2yo races instead of the G5+ ones just to gain that extra amount of experience and wins:) I love them both but compared to the other two they were a bit stuck out there.

I have no hair left on my head. Basically what played a big role here was experience, pace and past performances. Laddie Luck has been hunting for a win and has been performing rather consistently in HOTY company and it showed today when he ran home two lengths clear. Shatter had the past HOTY experience and the record that lead her to a 2nd place finish today. Phoenix Inferno had a bit more HOTY experience and I felt he didn't want to give up that 3rd place spot (sorry to add another 3rd to his record isa) but he only managed to nose out a game Mr Wild. I think this race was a great record-builder for everyone
