Ephermeral: I like Ephermeral and really think she is performing very well for a juvenile Everyday Hero/Foxtrot filly. They tend to evolve as they age. Her pedigree makes me think that 10 furlongs would be a stretch at the moment, but I guess it depends on which direction you plan on taking her. I think she easily could be given a 2 furlong extension and be made a 5-10 filly. However, with age, Everyday Hero does have daughters who run out to 12F. In this race, I do believe there were others who exhibited more runs in stamina oriented races and she was just a little out of her depth here.
